What Will You Do?

Under the direction of the Configurator Manager, the ERP Data Entry Coordinator plays an important role in maintaining and optimizing our data used internally across various operations. This position requires a detail-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and an ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments. The primary responsibilities of this role include Change Management, supporting Systems Integration team members, facilitating documentation creation/maintenance, and administration of records and reports within the ERP system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute changes and data-driven tasks in accordance with established procedures.
  • Conduct administrative duties to assist with departmental tasks, projects, and objectives.
  • Set up and maintain various record types such as part records within the ERP system.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics related to internal data to ensure compliance and integrity.
  • Support the Systems Integration team when participating on cross-functional projects, during training, and during CI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Systems Integration team and management to develop and deliver documentation and training materials for ERP and operational workflows.
  • Provide basic technical support and understanding of the Product Configuration functions, particularly when it comes to Customer set-up, Sales Quotation, and Customer Order processes in the ERP system.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS FOR EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED or higher.
  • Strong computer aptitude and communication skills.

SKILLS/ABILITIES/SPECIFICATIONS

  • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 ‘Software Suite’, particularly in MSFT Excel.
  • Experience working with IFS ERP Applications or other ERP software is a plus.
